Smothered Turkey Wings in Rich Homemade Gravy


Hi Reader,

Turkey has been on my mind a lot lately. Maybe it's because Thanksgiving is about a month away, or I just simply like turkey lol.

Either way, I had to share these smothered turkey wings with you. They are absolutely incredible. These wings are seasoned, roasted until golden, and then smothered in a rich, homemade gravy made from the pan drippings. They result in tender, fall-off-the-bone turkey with gravy so good you'll want to pour it over everything.

The process is simple: season the wings, roast them covered with onions and peppers, make a quick gravy from those drippings, pour it over, and bake again until everything is tender and perfect.

Serve these over rice or mashed potatoes with some green beans on the side, and you've got yourself a meal that tastes like Sunday dinner any day of the week.
