Caribbean Meal Prep Made Easy: Jerk Chicken Bowls

Hi Reader,

I'm so excited to share my Jerk Chicken Bowls, a dish inspired by the authentic Jamaican flavors I grew up with. It's a perfect mix of spiced jerk chicken, rice and peas, creamy coleslaw, and sweet fried plantains—comfort food at its finest.

Recommended Ingredient: Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning. You have likely seen me go on and on about this jerk seasoning, but it is the best store-bought jerk marinade I've ever had. If you prefer homemade jerk marinade, I have that one too.

I've included a quick 1 minute video of this bowl being made. It's short and explains some of the details of this bowl.

If you’ve got yellow squash on your hands—or even if you’re just in the mood for something light but cozy—this is the one. Get this Recipe If you'd like...

watergate salad in white bowl

Hi Reader, I didn’t grow up eating Watergate Salad — but once I married into it, there was no going back. The first time I had it was at one of my husband’s family reunions years ago.
