Chicken Breast Recipes

I'm usually a chicken thighs girl, but every now and then chicken breast makes it into my dinner rotation. There are so many good ways to cook chicken breast and still keep it flavorful and juicy rather than dry and eww. Here are the ones I come back to.

Pan seared chicken breast

Takes about ten minutes in a pan. I like to serve it with sides like rice and sautéed spinach.

Air fryer bone-in chicken breast

These come out flavorful and juicy, are great to season up and throw in the air fryer.

Braised chicken breast

This one is from my friend Imma of Immaculate Bites. These braised chicken breasts are seared until golden, then braised in a brothy sauce with peas and carrots.

Juicy broiled chicken breast

I first learned of this method in my cookbook, How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman (affiliate link). It is still a method that I still do years later.

🔪 For the boneless ones, I pound them to an even ½ inch before seasoning. It helps them cook evenly and stay juicy.

spinach artichoke dip in cast iron skillet

Hi Reader, This spinach artichoke dip is a family favorite in my house. The spinach, tender artichokes, and melted cheese are in perfect harmony. The key is the ratio: too much spinach and the dip can feel heavy, while too much cheese overpowers everything else. Getting that balance right gives you a rich, creamy dip with plenty of texture in every single bite.
