Not another mac and cheese recipe (it's mac and cheese bites!)

Hi [FIRST NAME GOES HERE],

Look, I know you don't need another macaroni and cheese recipe. The internet is drowning in them. But here's what you might actually need: a way to use up that leftover mac and cheese sitting in your fridge.

Enter these mac and cheese bites.

Here's the deal: these work best with mac and cheese that's been refrigerated for at least 4 hours, so it sticks together when you roll it into balls.

The cheese sauce needs to thicken up, which is why baked mac and cheese works perfectly for this. I've made these with both my Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese and my Air Fryer Mac and Cheese leftovers; they hold together beautifully.

They come out crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. These are the perfect appetizers or snacks.

Pro tip: They're good on their own, but even better with a dipping sauce. I like sweet Thai chili sauce.

Happy Cooking,

Tanya Harris
