Restaurant-Quality Spicy Vodka Rigatoni

Hi Reader,

My husband and I had this amazing spicy rigatoni vodka at North Italia, an Italian restaurant, and we couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. So naturally, I had to recreate it. This recipe came out so good, it's been in our regular rotation ever since.

This is one of those dishes that looks really impressive, like something you'd order on date night, but it's way easier than it seems.

You control the heat level with the Calabrian chili peppers, so you can keep it mild or turn it up. Either way, it's creamy, flavorful, and the kind of meal that makes you feel like you're treating yourself.
